Delivered in partnership with the charity Christians Against Poverty, this 8-week Life Skills Course is an avenue to move away from a lifestyle where money is a source of stress. The course will give you the confidence and decision-making skills to live well, look after yourself and feel positive, even on a low income.

All attendees are expected to attend for all 8 weeks commencing on the 15th of June (Fridays only).

INTERACTIVE LEARNING

The course offers opportunities to share what works and what doesn’t, both as a group and one-to-one, and give each other encouragement to do things better. Overall, attendees can expect to learn some of those key things they “wished they had been taught at school, but weren’t.”

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Lovely, relaxed sessions where attendees will be equipped with skills including lifting the pressure to spend

  • Great, practical tips to help take control of money and make it go further

  • Sessions on making good food so families can stay healthy on a budget

  • Gain insight on relationships and their impact on how we treat finances
